Tiger Underwear, sincerely hopes that you’ll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however due to health code regulations, underwear must be unopened and unworn. No Exceptions. You may return within 30 days of delivery for an exchange only.
How to return your purchase
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely even that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can process your return quickly.
Please follow these steps for a successful exchange
Include a note with your order number on it. If you want to exchange the item please tell us what item you want to exchange it for.
Use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery.

Orders exchanged within the 30 days are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
Please note that Tiger Underwear may refuse any return if it does not meet the return policy guidelines.
