Over the years, we have collected catalogs and newspapers featuring men's and boys briefs. Some of the oldest ads date back to the mid 1950's. To our surprise, a well known national brand and even a major department store in 1957 offered double back briefs for both boys and men. The double fabric panel seat were described in a variety of ways, such as "Double-Back", "Double-Seat" with even one store coining the phrase as "Action Back". Adjectives emphasizing it as extra "Thick", "Comfy", "Absorbent" and "Long Wearing" were furthered used to help enhanced this feature.

Today, Tiger is the only USA underwear company that has been offering this American classic in a variety of fabrics, colors and prints. Ten years in the making, Tiger makes the underwear "Like You Wore Before".
